On November 22, 2024, the highly anticipated annual conference of The Open Group 2024 Ecosystem Architecture Sustainability Annual Conference was unveiled at the China World Summit Wing in Beijing. As a premier event in the field of digital transformation, this conference brings together the world’s most influential experts, scholars, technology leaders, and industry pioneers.
On November 22, 2024, The Open Group Asia Pacific Awards 2024 China was held at the China World Summit Wing Hotel in Beijing, which aims to recognize organizations that have achieved excellence in the field of open architecture standards and open source software applications.

The Open Group Summit returned to the Energy Corridor in Houston, Texas where 570+ attendees from across the world were present including distinguished experts, industry and thought leaders, and experienced practitioners in the fields of AI, open source, and many more. The theme Ideation, Through Innovation, Into Implementation encompassed high-powered discussions, invaluable experiences, and profound knowledge. The event featured a prominent group of industry experts and attendees who came together for a week of engaging insights, in-depth keynote talks, Industry Awareness sessions, hands-on Member meetings, and energizing networking receptions.

The Open Group New Delhi and India Awards featured industry renowned speakers from India and beyond who came together to discuss the NextGen Digital for the Techade. There were over 100 attendees in attendance from many regions around India and global countries.
On July 31, 2024, The Open Group India Awards for Innovation & Excellence 2024, recognizing outstanding achievements in the adoption of Open Standards and Open Source software took place in the vibrant city of New Delhi, as part of The Open Group July Conference, themed “NextGen Digital for the Techade” from 29 to 31 July.
