We at Troux Technologies got exciting news this week: Gartner Inc. placed us in the prestigious leader’s quadrant in its ‘Magic Quadrant for Enterprise Architecture Tools’ report (download it here). As you probably know, Gartner determines which vendors get this coveted ranking based on both the vendor’s completeness of vision and ability to execute.

We’re most excited because this validates our unrelenting focus on delivering business value and ensuring our customer’s success with Strategic IT Planning and the next generation of Enterprise Architecture programs.

As the authors of the Gartner report say, “With the global economic downturn continuing throughout 2010, and only now starting to improve, the adoption of EA tools has reflected the need to provide better management, analysis and communication capabilities to demonstrate the value these tools bring to an organization. The chief architect and EA team are not the only stakeholders benefiting from an EA tool.”

Those are exactly the capabilities we’re delivering today to more than 300 Global 2000 companies. Our EA solutions are meeting the demanding and intersecting needs of IT and business stakeholders, and ultimately “changing the way our clients invest and operate” says Troux’s CEO David Hood, reducing waste and focusing IT investments to drive critical business transformation. The whole process is guided by our unique combination of software, know-how, community and partners, all of whom deserve our thanks in helping us achieve this milestone.

This is an exciting day, but we’re not resting on our laurels. We’re busy enhancing our suite of EA applications to do an even better job of bridging the gap between IT infrastructure and business needs. While we’re doing that, we invite you to download your own copy of the report, which provides a detailed assessment of Troux and in particular our clear understanding of stakeholder expectations
