In the session, I spoke about the need for architects to recognise that they are not the only profession within the organisation trying to:
– Help define the future operating model and environment for the organisation
– Get time with the executive management team to help them solve current and future challenges
We discussed the need to not look at these as competing disciplines, but key partners to collaborate with in order to provide a complete, robust and practical approach to organisational change.
