NCIS is the name of a quasi-cop show on CBS that stars Mark Harmon as Special Agent Gibbs who leads a team of investigators that solve crimes involving military personnel. Gibbs has a hobby of building boats in his basement; not little toy boats, but real, human sized water craft. It’s cathartic for him.
