How do you learn about business architecture?

Our survey on business architecture education resources is closing on Feb 5th. All participants will receive the research report detailing our findings of what sources business architects find most valuable in learning more about their profession. For free copy of the report, click the link below and fill out the survey.

SurveyInterest in business architecture is growing dramatically. Though there is a great deal of discussion, there is little consensus about what business architecture is, how it should be pursued, and what value it delivers. Where do business architects and others interested in knowing more about this function go to learn about business architecture? There are a handful of books, blogs, discussion groups, classes, communities, whitepapers, and other sources available. The question is which provide the most value and how do you find them?

To answer those questions, my friend Greg Suddreth and I have developed a survey to see if we can identify the current array of business architecture information sources. The survey focuses on what types of information resources business architects find most valuable and which specific resources they recommend. If you play a business architecture role, full or part time, staff or consultant, regardless of your official title, or if you are just learning about business architecture, we want to hear from you. The survey will take 15 to 20 minutes to complete but the information we gather should be incredibly helpful. We will publish the results in a report available to all survey participants.
