Abstract:
This session introduces the concept of AI scale, and distinguishes AI scale up (the volume of model use) and AI scale out (the volume of recontextualized models). Pega is an example of a company that is scaling AI both up and out, and its AI journey illustrates the characteristics and requirements for each scale pursuit.
