Transforming businesses for digital has proven to deliver great value for customers and stakeholders, but it takes time, and it is easy to lose momentum. Our research shows that high performing firms keep their “foot on the peddle” by investing in their people. These firms are great places to work, but they are also great places for people to grow. Empowering people to solve complex problems for customers pays off. In this session, Kristine Dery presented her MIT CISR framework on the Future-ready Workforce and then engaged with panelists Marianne Broadbent and Dion Ludick, who have a range of perspectives and stories to share.
