Abstract:
In this session summary, Peter presents a new MIT CISR study analyzing how CIOs spend their time in four different time buckets, and describes the patterns of CIO time associated with top and bottom quartile company performance. He compares the time data for CIOs to other executives, and asks you to analyze how you spend your time.
