Abstract:
Fintech partnerships are key to Bendigo and Adelaide Bank’s efforts to thrive and compete in a fast-moving banking future. Bendigo has been undergoing a major digital transformation since 2020: integrating acquisitions, simplifying products and tech, and automating core processes. To understand how Bendigo leverages innovative partnerships, while modernizing and replatforming its technology systems, Alan Thorogood of MIT CISR interviewed Ryan Brosnahan, Chief Transformation Officer at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.
