Abstract:
In recent years, organizations have increasingly provided operational decision rights to cross-functional teams to realize strategic outcomes. To succeed with this approach, organizations don’t need less leadership—they need better leadership. In this session summary, Nick discusses how leadership and planning practices that emphasize outcomes over processes ultimately drive organizational performance.
