This video is from Peter Weill’s interview with Chris Perretta during the MIT CISR Communicating with Boards webinar on June 20, 2023. Perretta is a member of the board of directors of Pathward Financial, Inc. and Pathward, N.A. He previously served as Chief Information and Operations Officer at MUFG Americas Holdings Corporation and its US banking subsidiary, MUFG Union Bank, N.A. from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that he served as Global Chief Information Officer at State Street Corporation.
