Abstract:
In this presentation, Martin discusses different approaches to getting value from opening up your company’s digital platform externally. First, he examines Schneider Electric’s journey of opening up its EcoStruxure digital platform. Then he talks with the CEO of networking company Belden on why opening up Belden’s platform to partners is so essential to the organization’s strategy—moving from manufacturing cables to becoming a provider of solutions—and what it takes.
