Abstract:
High-performing companies are redefining process excellence and business models in the age of AI. Leaders need to decide where (agentic) AI should take a direct role in decision-making, acceptable autonomy, and the KPIs used to track value. In this presentation, Ina presents an AI Decision Rights Matrix (decision impact × decision structure) and applies it to leading-edge AI use cases from Sparkassen Finance Group Germany, the telco One New Zealand, and others.
