Abstract:
To realize organizational strategy better and faster, top-level executives are trying to find ways to invest their scarce resources – most notably talent – in those innovation initiatives with the most strategic promise. In this session, we will introduce four principles for creating a dynamic, evidence-based process for realizing strategic objectives with a portfolio of initiatives and discuss how BBVA put them into practice.
