Abstract:
AI pushes an organization’s limits when it comes to data monetization capability: it requires better data, faster processing, and more critical oversight. And in fact, MIT CISR research has identified an additional capability—AI Explanation—that organizations need to build to fully exploit the power of their AI-fueled initiatives. In this session, Barb Wixom described the AI Explanation capability and what practices organizations use to build it.
