Abstract:
In this session summary, Peter presents a new MIT CISR study analyzing how tech leaders spend their time across four time buckets, and describes the patterns of tech leader time for top- and bottom-quartile company performance. He compares the time data for tech leaders to other executives, shows several tech leader time profiles, and asks everyone to analyze how they spend their time.
