Abstract:
As AI is increasingly integrated into knowledge work, organizations face a tension: the short-term efficiency gains AI delivers can complicate the longer-term challenge of building their talent pipeline. In addition, the skills that matter most for the future are precisely those that can’t be taught using traditional training approaches. In this presentation, Nick explores both the technical and durable skills organizations need and why developing them requires rethinking our assumptions about work, workers, and the workforce.
