Hidden operations

From ETC-Architect

We all know that part of our work is done using semantics (both natural and artificial) and intrinsic processing. This does not only lead to the individual, but also to group intrinsic non semantic processing as we do not only communicate via semantics. These non semantic operations often create a problem for architects and business analysts, especially if they are forgotten, as virtually all documented operation is restricted to semantic interfaced operations.

Usually many architects will move to a semantic only process as this makes things easier, however it is important to at least capture the major non semantic actions or whole processes as to see if they are key to the outcome, as if they are in areas such as education, sport, entertainment just to list some the semantic processes need to be aware of them so that any reports or semantic action are weighed in the right way. We also need to capture on the main relevant factors that will increase and foster intrinsic processing until such time that the intrinsic processing can be integrated into an information system not relying on semantic only input.

Once in the future that you may build a semantic and non-semantic we will then also be be met with the decision how to program it as all programming currently only builds on semantic.
