Abstract:
In her two sessions, Stephanie first works with participants on an assessment of their Future Readiness, which pathway(s) they are on, and their enterprise effectiveness on the explosions that occur in every transformation. Then, participants assess themselves on ten dimensions that characterize a Future Ready company, and work in small groups to develop and share strategies that help improve performance on these key dimensions.
