MIT CISR research has found that organizations that innovate greater strategic value faster are taking time to test and learn to build successful digital offerings, a portfolio of initiatives that achieve strategic objectives, and shared resources that propel groups of similar initiatives. In this session, Nils discusses how organizations are redesigning and transforming themselves to learn more from their initiatives and to expand the strategic value of digital innovation initiatives. He includes opportunities for participants to discuss and learn from each other how to apply key insights to their respective organizations.
