Abstract:
Increasingly, the “steps” that companies take to become future ready are digital innovation initiatives. Consequently, companies must ensure that their scarce resources—most notably talent—are allocated to those initiatives with the greatest strategic impact. In this session, Nils describes three learning imperatives that companies should pursue when pursuing digital innovation to avoid wasting resources and achieve strategic objectives more effectively and efficiently. Also, he interviews Hatice Yildirim, Digital Transformation Program Manager at Koç Holding, about how she has been scaling FireAId, an AI pilot to predict the riskiest locations and the best possible strategy to mitigate fire hazards.
